A crowd-funding platform that helps the less fortunate. Built 0 → 1, now used by ~20% of social service agencies nationwide and MSF social service offices.
- $300k raised to date · 1,000+ items funded · 1,000 unique households assisted.
- Featured in The Straits Times, RICE Media, Our Grandfather Story and on Channel 8.
- Negotiated a novel hybrid government–charity payment model with Airwallex.

Isomer
The whole-of-government website builder and host. Led the platform rebuild in ~6 months and launched the Ministry of Health site on it.
- Grew the pipeline to 77 sites (+29.5M visits) and raised WOG site-visit market share by 56%.
- Onboarded four more ministries: MCCY, MOT, MHA and MTI.
- Led the e-Gazette rebuild — saving $13M in dev costs and $490k/year in compliance and audit.

Health Appointment System
A GP appointment and queue system. Launched the public-facing portal in ~3 months.
- Self-reported pneumococcal vaccination uptake among Singaporeans aged 65–74 rose from 11.9% (2017) to 35.0% (2023).
